Warranty Policy – Voltz eBikes

At Voltz eBikes, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric bikes and e-scooters with reliable warranty coverage. Our warranty policy is designed to provide customers with peace of mind and ensure long-term satisfaction with their purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the following key components:

  • Motor – Protection against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Battery – Coverage for faults or failures in normal operating conditions.
  • Controller & Display – Issues related to manufacturing defects.
  • Frame – Structural integrity, excluding accidental damage.
  • Electrical Components – Includes charger, wiring, and sensors where applicable.

Warranty Periods by Product Type

  • Heybike Models: 24-month warranty
  • All Other Brands: 12-month warranty
  • Open Box Products: 3-month warranty
  • All Other Products (unless otherwise specified): 6-month warranty

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, chains, grips, and seats.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, improper use, negligence, or lack of maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
  • Water damage beyond manufacturer-specified limits.
  • Consumable parts such as fuses, lights, and accessories.
  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, customers may:

  • Schedule an appointment by contacting our service center.
  • Visit our service center for a walk-in inspection.
  • Provide proof of purchase (original receipt required).
  • Submit photos or videos detailing the issue.

Our team will assess the claim and determine eligibility under the warranty.

  • If the claim is approved, the defective component will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs if a part needs to be returned.

4. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
  • Regular maintenance in accordance with the user manual is required to maintain warranty eligibility.
  • Warranty claims do not cover labor costs for repairs performed outside of our service center.
  • Voltz eBikes reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims based on inspection findings.
