Shipping & Delivery – Voltz eBikes

At Voltz eBikes, we work with multiple warehouses, distributors, manufacturers, and shipping partners across Canada and the United States to fulfill customer orders as efficiently as possible.

Please review the following shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping and delivery times provided on our website, advertisements, emails, phone calls, or social media are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Warehouse processing delays
  • Inventory shortages
  • Customs or transportation issues
  • High seasonal demand
  • Manufacturer-related delays

Voltz eBikes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, manufacturers, distributors, or events outside of our control.

2. Direct-Shipped Orders

Many products sold through Voltz eBikes are shipped directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses.

These products may:

  • Arrive in factory packaging
  • Require assembly and setup
  • Ship separately from other items in the same order
  • Arrive on different dates
  • Be fulfilled by third-party carriers

Direct-shipped online orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise stated in writing by Voltz eBikes.

3. Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing parts, or delivery issues must be reported to Voltz eBikes within 24 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label and damaged area

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Voltz eBikes reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for shipping-related damage at its discretion.

4. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information
  • Being available to receive the shipment when required
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible and secure

Additional shipping, redelivery, storage, rerouting, or address correction fees charged by carriers are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Assembly & Setup

Products shipped directly from manufacturers may require partial or full assembly.

Customers are responsible for proper assembly, setup, inspection, and safe operation unless a professional assembly package or in-store setup service has been purchased from Voltz eBikes.

Voltz eBikes is not responsible for issues resulting from improper self-assembly, adjustments, maintenance, or misuse.

6. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused after shipment or abandoned during delivery are subject to:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Inspection fees

Any approved credit issued after these deductions will be provided as store credit only.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside the direct control of Voltz eBikes.

We will assist customers in opening carrier claims and tracking investigations where applicable, but we are not liable for carrier-related delays, misplaced shipments, or delivery interruptions beyond our control.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, prepared for shipment, shipped, or assigned a tracking number.

Custom orders, pre-orders, direct-shipped products, and special-order items are final sale.

9. Policy Updates

Voltz eBikes reserves the right to modify or update this shipping and delivery policy at any time without prior notice.
