Refund & Exchange Policy – Voltz eBikes

At Voltz eBikes, we are committed to providing high-quality electric bikes, scooters, and mobility products. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Voltz eBikes are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds in the form of cash, credit card reversal, debit refund, e-transfer, financing reversal, or any other payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be considered for exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to inspection and approval.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Must be brand new, unopened, unassembled, unused, and in fully resellable condition
  • Must include the original receipt
  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, chargers, tools, keys, and included components
  • Must show no signs of assembly, use, riding, wear, scratches, dirt, modification, or damage

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Any product that has been assembled, used, ridden, modified, or damaged
  • Any product missing packaging, accessories, or included components
  • Any e-bike or e-scooter showing mileage or usage
  • Any online order shipped directly from a manufacturer or third-party warehouse

Approved exchanges are eligible only for:

  • Another in-store product
  • Store credit

No cash refunds will be issued.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges and authorized returns.

3. Direct-Shipped Online Orders

Products shipped directly from manufacturer or third-party warehouses are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes all online drop-shipped orders unless otherwise stated in writing by Voltz eBikes.

4. Warranty Claims

Manufacturer defects and warranty-related concerns are handled separately from the exchange policy and are covered under the applicable warranty period for each brand or product.

Warranty coverage generally ranges from 6 to 24 months depending on the manufacturer and product category.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Improper assembly
  • Wear and tear
  • Tire punctures
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

5. Shipping & Transportation

Customers are responsible for all shipping, delivery, transportation, and return-related costs associated with exchanges, warranty claims, inspections, or service appointments unless otherwise approved in writing.

6. Right to Refuse

Voltz eBikes reserves the right to refuse any exchange, return, warranty request, or service claim that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

7. Policy Updates

Voltz eBikes reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
