Peace of Mind with Extended Coverage
Our Extended Warranty Plan is designed to give you extra confidence by adding additional months or years of protection beyond your manufacturer’s comprehensive warranty. To activate, you must purchase within 30 days of your bike purchase and provide valid proof of purchase. This plan is exclusive, meaning only one warranty extension per product is allowed, and it cannot be combined with other offers.

What’s Covered & How to Claim
The plan covers defects in materials or workmanship for the extended period, ensuring your bike stays protected. Batteries are not included in the coverage. In case of a defect or malfunction, contact your authorized Emmo dealer or our customer support right away. You can also submit a warranty claim online by completing the warranty claim form for faster processing.

Easy Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your plan within 7 days for a full refund, provided no claim has been filed. Cancellations after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, or after filing a claim during that period, are eligible for a prorated refund. If a replacement has already been issued under the plan, the contract is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
