Refund and Returns Policy – Voltz eBikes
At Voltz eBikes, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality electric bikes and e-scooters. Please review our refund and exchange policy before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made at Voltz eBikes are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer cash, credit card, or e-transfer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy
We allow product exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in unused and resellable condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- E-bikes and e-scooters that have been ridden for more than 10 KM are not eligible for exchange.
- The original receipt and packaging (including accessories, manuals, and included parts) must be provided.
- Exchanges will be processed only for another product in the store or store credit—no cash refunds.
3. Exclusion from Exchange
Products will not be accepted for exchange if they:
- Show any physical damage, modifications, or alterations.
- Have missing parts, packaging, or accessories.
- Have been ridden for more than 10 KM.
4. Warranty Claims
Any defects or issues related to manufacturing faults are covered under our warranty policy (6 to 24 months, depending on the brand and product).
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or misuse.

5. General Terms & Conditions
Voltz eBikes reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our criteria.
Store credit issued for exchanges is non-transferable and expires after 12 months.
Customers are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs related to returning the product for exchange.
Voltz eBikes reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
